Very good B&W picture, Gerry. Says a lot about this part of France. I know
the place, I worked in the Nord-Pas de Calais region for a few years and
this is it. Add a little rain to make it perfect! As far as street
photography is concerned I'm a bit surprised, I had the feeling this type of
photography was clearly "out" as can be read in many specialist magazines, a
thing of the past, to be linked with HCB and people like him but definitely
not the thing to do today - "concept photography" is "in" they say, with
photographers planning their pictures ahead because they have a precise
message to deliver. I'm curious to see your series.
