No fire - trucks routinely arrive there when the old folks burn their 
dinner. :-) And sun not yet setting. But the two little boys are holding 
bright red dump trucks. Could that be what you're seeing?

Yes, but wait a minute.  If the fire is reflected in the truck it must be
right behind the onlookers....am I missing something?  (Unless that is not
the fire but the setting sun... or maybe a flashing red light on the truck
your camera phone couldn't handle....too many possibilities.....the mind
reels....)
