Hi Jim
On the 250 there is a small hole forward of the tripod bushing, which
accomodates a small pin that's on the Leica shoulder stocks.
I drilled a small hole and installed one of the pins in my tripod head to
help with steadying the 250.
I may have an extra pin around, let me know if you'd like one, and I'll send
to you.
