Lluis is right - it is a little flat at the moment. You could probably
bring out more detail in the water and make as well as add a little more
drama tweaking the curve so it is "S" shaped and playing around with the
colour sliders (assuming you're using Lightroom).
You could also darken the sky a touch using the graduated filter tool.
