Though I didn't see the destruction, it looked like the 25 or so campgrounds
were completely rebuilt. Also, 2 or 3 of the bridges crossing the streams
were
brand new and the paths were restored. There were many trees cut down which,
I
presume were killed by the fire but not fallen. One shot I'd like to go back
for, perhaps next year after the exposed wood is not so newly exposed and
bright, is a huge redwood that was fallen and splintered at it's base by a
huge
granite boulder that had come down the hill.
So I think a lot of work went into it. One of the paths to a waterfall is
still
closed....
