[Leica] Switar Lens adaptor to Leica M or Nikon

There's a guy named Amadeo on ebay who makes some fine converters from 
Contax and Nikon RF lens to Leica M cameras. He's also a Rangefinder Forum 
(RFF) member. Maybe he can make what you want.
