It bugged me that the list wasn't sorted by... anything I could discern.
So I ran it through a sort, and have annotated the top ones with what
appear to be the correct web addresses.
Some appear to be the snippy sorts of folk who require you to prove your
professional working photographer status before they'll work with you,
others don't.
