She was working out for about 1/2 hour. I was afraid to get too close, so 
these are cropped. Her intensity and control were absolutely mesmerizing.
Backwards, forwards... everything but upside down. Truly an artist.

Sunset at Violett's Lock on the C and O Canal near the Potomac River. It was 
an awesome evening.
