Try?http://www.gazelle.com . I have no affiliation with them. I bought a new 
iPhone 3Gs for $200 and they bought my old one for $171.
Not a bad deal. They make it very easy and can sometimes give you more than 
you expect; and no?*-bay hassels and fees.
