Interesting - anything that spells the death knell for all of the 
annoying directory enquiries services that were once free but now have 
to be paid for has to be a good thing.  As does the ultimate removal of 
their really annoying TV and radio adverts.  I refuse to use these 
services - nothing wrong with a paper directory or the Internet - so why 
pay?
