Subject: [Leica] WHEN IS NOISE ACCEPTABLE??

The "noise" does not bother me (in this case).

The plane of focus lying behind the subject does bother my eyes;
especially when her expression has so much vitality.
As presented: it looks like a miss.
I suspect if you cropped out the in focus elements
on either side of her
it would improve graphically;
in so far as the eyes would not
be drawn to the focal plane.
