There are several methods.

Mounting the lens directly onto the Viso will
produce a macro lens incapable of reaching
infinity focus but great for close-ups.

Mounting the lens head with a focusing adapter on
the Visoflex will produce a lens capable of infinity focus.

Mounting the lens head on a Bellows II with a
simple tube adapter will also produce a lens capable of infinity focus.
