Folks,
Today one of my parishioners came by the office and dropped off a camera case
containing the following:
IIIc, cosmetically in exc+, stiff operation, hasn't been used
IIIf, same
Summicron 50/2.0 collapsible, LTM, glass perfect, but stiff
Summaron 35/3.5 LTM, glass perfect, smooth
Hektor 135, glass perfect, stiff
Elmar 90, same
Canon 100 LTM, same
Assorted viewfinders and filters
Front and rear caps
Leitz Polarizer
Lens hoods
At first, I thought he wanted me to take a look at them. Then he said,
grinning, "No, I'm giving this to you."
WOW!!!!
So, questions: The bodies need some resuscitation, CLA. They are in
beautiful
condition cosmetically -- no scratches, leather smooth and completely intact,
very few bright marks. Who's doing work on the LTM bodies? Same with the
lenses. They need cleaning.
peace to all,
Ken
