Thanks Henning, I'm glad a "non-contributor" can appreciate it anyway. I did 
think that it might only sell to those who had images in it, but I also 
hoped that the collection of images was really good enough to warrant 
general enthusiasm. Thank you for the generous words.

I got my copy, and now have had some time to look at it. What a 
wonderful collection. It is undoubtedly superior to the original, 
which is one of the books that inspired me in earlier times. I now 
truly regret not having joined in.

Congratulations to everyone who did contribute, and a very special 
thanks and praise to Alastair who had the perseverance and ability to 
see this through. It is truly one of the great photo books, an makes 
me proud to be part of this group.
