Okay guys and gals, you are all my friends, and you're laughing with me, 
not at me, at my ideas, right?

So, there is a business for sale in my neighbourhood.  I live in an old 
style neighbourhood, the kind with an old-fashioned hardware store, no 
Walmart for miles, three coffee shops per block, etc.

But, there is a photo finisher in the block, and he wants to retire.

I've daydreamed about "what if I buy the place", could I expand it to 
encompass my hobby too (which you have guessed is more photo-gear but 
want-to-be shooter).  Ideas are:

    * continue with the photo-finishing
    * put up part of my collection to display it to the public
    * offer part of the floor space as photographers gallery, for
      viewing and selling
    * I hear there is a basement - offer darkroom rental

So - is the idea as outlandish as buying the KE-7A (Frank might win his 
bet, I dither on an hourly basis)?

What other ideas would you offer, to make it a success?

The gallery part really really appeals to me.
