Subject: [Leica] OT: Weird TSA Luggage Search

They've been seeking out C4 plastique for the last couple of years.  It has
something to do with with a plan from the mid-90s in Manilla that came to
light a few years ago.  For what its worth, Phoenix is the testing port for
a lot of new policies.
Hope the gum survived  ; )
