[Leica] LUG book shipping and blurb.com

My book was shipped from West Springfield, Massachusetts yesterday  
and arrived at my house near Philly today by UPS ground. I ordered  
mine January 2nd but guess Blurb made a large run just a couple days  
ago.

Thanks, Jim for all your hard work and thanks fellow LUGGERS for  
contributing to one of the finest photographic books I have ever  
seen. There is a huge WOW factor here.
