email responses are often just a few words. In comparison, Sherry Krauter
usually limits her responses to one word ("yes" or "no"). But Stephen's
customer service is the best.
If you want long conversations with a vendor, I can recommend that fellow
who sells aftermarket focusing screens for Rolleiflex TLRs. Sometimes I
wonder if, with his long distance bill, he can break even.
