Emmanuel, there are medications to treat what you have. ;;-)

IMHO:
The M7's AE frees you to concentrate on focusing and composition - it  
is much faster operating.
Its SS dial turns in the same direction as my R8s'.
Its SS dial is wide enough to turn with one finger.
That wonderful on/off switch prevents the batteries from dyeing every  
time the camera goes into the bag!
The shutter is still the same silent cloth shutter -- only the timing  
circuit is electronic, so it is serviced in the same manner as M's  
have for 50+ years.
How many M6's have unrepairable meters 30 or so years later?
And come on, who but a certifiable Leica nut would notice the  
difference in appearance!

Now if they'd only stick a self timer on it!
