90)is tight to turn the focus ring when there is a rear lens
cap firmly fitted. I discovered that it sends out a significant burst of air
(imported from Solms??) rearwards when you turn the
focus to minimum quickly!
Really, I'm not making this up. It's probably contributing to global warming
as well ;-)

Maybe your tri Elmar is like a revolving door for dusty air?
