Hi Sonny,
My preference is for the second photo as the leaves stand out clean from the 
background. More distinct.

Where as the yellow flowers appear to be more eye confusing? if that's the 
way to put it.  maybe too many flowers and those out of focus add to the 
visual confusion.

But the second has it hands down best!
