The dew on the flowers really makes this picture, but I would try to
subdue the background. That's one of the main reasons I use the tele
lenses for some of mine. Sometimes the flowers 'float' a bit too
much, maybe, but the strong pattern of the background competes a bit
much in this picture.
BTW, I particularly like the September 29 morning glory photo. A
wonderful effect! Knowing what part of a blossom to focus on is
certainly a major part of flower closeups.
