I agree; the screen is often hard to see in bright light.
Unfortunately, this is not the best camera when you mainly shoot in
bright light.
What is needed IMHO is a camera with the Fuji sensor, a decent 28 or
24 to something zoom, some kind of optical viewfinder, image
stabilization, a good battery, good responsiveness and RAW capability
with a buffer so the stupid camera doesn't lock up for what seems
like an hour after every shot!
Make it reasonably pocketable and $400 and you have my vote (and money).
.......dreaming, but possible.
