Thanks, George. Actually, I find that birds are often quite good in
this regard, because between times of frantic motion they do sit
absolutely still.
Actually, I cheated, because this is with an EOS3 and 100-400 IS
zoom, with 1.4x converter. Proves that IS works, though.
With the 400/6.8 on a Visoflex or 400/5.6 on a Nikon I could do about
this well at 1/30 sec at best. I'm fairly steady, but not that steady.
