small town about 70 miles from a major city. I was there four days, along
with my wife and father, visiting some family. The weather was quite hot and
humid, and I was afraid what all the dust would do to ilford XP2, but it
seemed ok. Security at the Mexican airports forced me to X-ray my film
thrice (total), but no ill effects resulted I think. All shots were
processed and scanned by Costco, so I got Cd's, which makes it easy to post.
Costco was nice, I instructed them not to cut the film into strips so I
could do it myself, and they were fine with it. I'm going to pick up a
decent scanner soon, because I have a lot of HP5 negatives at home. It was a
wonderful short trip, the people were very kind, and one always regrets not
shooting more. Incidentally, all shots were taken with an M3 & tabbed 50mm
summicron.
Thank you for looking, any comments welcomed,
G Medina
