worse since I'm an American), but I think the "No Smoking" sign should say
"unconsciousness" instead of "subconsciousness" unless that's supposed to be
part of the humor (excuse me, "humour"). Also, a "wet Carp"? What other kind
of Carp is there? Do some live in the desert too? Maybe the sign painter had
too much ale before he produced such a masterpiece.
