Dear Nathan,
         I live in a very small town-city, the threat of the Hell's angels 
has indeed awakened the police and the government.  They were here a few 
years ago and not much happened.  Additional law enforcement people are 
scheduled to be here and the governor has sent money to cover this sort of 
problem.  I am not sure what the individual can do.
