Walt,

Yes, the pictured windmill was built in the 17th
century.  However, I doubt that too many of the
original parts remain.  Most parts must have been
replaced over the years.

Thank you for your kind words.  This mill is very
well known and it has been photographed many
times.  I am trying to portray it in different
ways to most of the published shots.
