That's the crux of the problem. No one is asking the 'mere mortals' what
they think, or how they feel, or what they want. It's been the 'mere
mortals' who have supported the Leica all this time, and it's the 'mere
mortals' who have the most knowledge about what Leica is about. And who
will, if they can afford it, continue to buy. But that slice of the pie is
narrowing to a size that is almost too small to eat!
