Subject: [Leica] OT backup software

When I had a win2000 laptop, there were built in back-up applications in the 
accessories or office tools folder.  It worked well and it was free.  In my 
experience, when I actually had a HD failure without recovery, the "all in 
one" back-ups I had were useless.  These days I only back-up files and 
application I no longer have install discs for, including downloaded 
software upgrades. Anything with original install discs I don't bother with, 
because you'll need them anyway when a complete failure occurs.

Unless your HD is just 4GB or less or you can compress.
