Don't use a regular screwdriver for the horizontal adjustment, find or make
one with a right angle. You need some torque to budge it and the movement
is imperceptible. I believe it is against the arm motion (clockwise) to
shift patch to the left, with the arm motion (counter clockwise)to shift the
patch to the right.
