I also have dealt with the person in question, and am quite surprised at all this. At the level of money involved, I trust him completely. There are many reasons why people cannot return an email, or a phone. I know the person has been going thru some major upheavals in his personal life, so I would not be suprised by a change of address, or a move out of town. - - Phong B. D.
