I don't believe a 14118 ballhead exists, or has existed.
Karen, as I wrote you earlier, the ballhead you've shown on your site
is the 14119, which is a descendant of the FOOMI, and is nothing like
the KGOON.
The 14119 sells for about $60 NIB, and about $25-40 used.
The KGOON descendant, which now sells for about $200 new, is the
14121 in various slight variations, and some of those sell for about
$200 used as some have functional differences from the current model
which make them more desireable.
