Richard,

I think I would wait a moment before sending out that check! The nice
example is only a little bigger than images from the Digilux 1, 2592 vs
2240 pixels wide at 72 ppi. That makes it a nominal 5 mp camera.

I don't see where they are hinting that it has interchangeable lens. The
picture of a camera is presented as a sample of the resolving power,
presumably at macro. Impressive, but similar to my LC5.

The camera shown in the sample is clearly a RF, without a D behind the logo.
The lens shown appears to be new for the RF. However, in the flash tease,
they indicate the camera has a zoom hexanon lens, and the shape indicates a
pocketable camera.

And while they have a nice flash preview, it is only shadows and pixels so
far. Leica is teasing a new digital camera for August, and that makes
sense, because the Lumix LC5 (Panasonic Vers) is disappearing from
availability.

Lovely times we live in. I went out and shot with my M6 yesterday, even
took the motor off. Just me, the M6, a 35 Summicron and the 15 C/V. Enjoyed
it.

Sonny
