Yes, but a ball point pen can be construed as a weapon too and used as
one.
Where do sane intelligent men draw the line? Do you really think someone
can get into the cockpit of a commercial airliner with the lever of a
Leicavit or a rapid winder?
Allen wrenches can be used to open an access panel in an airline and
possibly do serious damage.
Enough already!
