Probably true.
And then add to that the fact that a lot of folks found that their disposable
income actually got disposed of, without their intending it, so fewer buyers,
with less bucks, also drive the prices down. And then you've got the folks who
lost a bunch in the market, who actually have to sell stuff to make their
mortgage payments.
So we got:
more stuff in the market
fewer buyers in the market
nobody wants the obsolete stuff anyway
it ain't pretty
