I have an image in the current Los Angeles Magazine that was shot on
digital. As I originally shot for newspaper quality, I had the setting
set for basic. For mag. work I need at least the fine setting. In this
case it looks pretty grim, i.e. noisy and harsh tonality. The photo
editor took it because of the press schedule not leaving time for a
decent 120 shot.
I had a friend tell that me that Getty/Stone still only takes film, and
refuses to accept digital work.
