Medical version of this joke:
Doctor finds bottle, and the genie offers him three wishes, but warns
him that for everything he wishes, every lawyer in the world will
receive double.
I'll have a porsche, 10 million dollars, and a nephrectomy (removal
of one kidney) :-)
