I wouldn't dare say, "You're kidding as I know you're not." ;-)  Gives me
another reason to move to California other than the climate and people. :-)

But the $50.00 push was charged here in Canada by Kodak when our film went,
at the time, to the Kodak lab in Toronto. And "___ it was the only time we
sent it pushed ever again!__" :-)
