Let's put it like this. One of the biggest reasons why I don't own a
Leica
SLR is that this lens (35-70) costs $6000. That is if you can find one.
I'm sure it is one heck of apiece of glass, but at 5 times the price of
the equivilant Nikon, which isn't exactly a piece of junk, it's just
plain silly.
