Subject: [Leica] galleries in London

Apart from the obvious galleries in London, particularly The National
Portrait Gallery, Trafalgar Square, the Photographers Gallery, Great Newport
Street has a series of exhibitions, many of them too 'fine arty' for my
tastes. If you are there go to the print room upstairs where they have boxes
of original prints for sale from the likes of O Winston Link and Bill
Brandt. Appallingly expensive but great to look through.

If you venture up to Camden there is a new Gallery just off the High Street
which is showing a fabulous exhibition of work from photographers of all
nations who died in the Vietnam War, highly recommended.
