No, it's not in development.
The 90/1 shown is real, but scarce, to put it mildly. It really
doesn't work on an M camera. No diaphragm, no focussing mount, no
rangefinder coupling, you can't see what you're shooting and it
doesn't seem to be optimized for the visible spectrum (note the
bokeh! :-)). A curiousity.
The f/0.3 reference was just in jest re: Frank F.'s decimal
misplacement on the original post. A 50/0.3 would be at least 170mm
in diameter, and would completely block all the little windows on the
front of an M. Also, it would weigh a lot more than the 90/1, which
is about 1/10 the volume that a 50/0.3 would be. Not a likely product.
