Dan, Thanks for the below. I did visit it about four years ago. Much
nostalgia. It was mind boggeling to see the primitive electronics ( radar
and loran, etc ) in the charthouse behind the bridge where I spent my days
( and nights ) as Assistant navigator and N-division officer. They have a
nice website on the vessel. Thanks again. By the way my Leica IIIA was
aboard with me.
