Of all the meters that I have, my Gossen Luna Pro Digital is my favorite. I 
also have a Luns Star F2, Sekonic Studio Deluxe, and Pentax Digital Spot. 
The Luna Pro Digital is the best. You can read the low light spec's on the 
Gossen web site.
