I have the Leica M6-TTL book by Richard Hünecke. ISBN 1-897802-13-7 from Hove Books ltd. See URL http://www.hovebooks.com/.

English edition first published 2000. Cost me 30 dutch guilders which is, thanks to the fast sinking euro, is a couple of american dollars. The book is a bit like the LUG, plenty of waffle but also very informative.
