If you're unfortunate enough to be using any Microsoft software at
all, that's a good general approach.  Microsoft seem to think that
absolutely every possible opportunity should be taken to turn control
of your computer over to random active atachments.

In the case of the particular attachment in question, though, it's
pretty benign -- I believe it's just my PGP digital signature, which I
forgot to turn off for that particular LUG posting.  No use to those
of you who don't have proper PGP setups, of course.  Sorry for the
confusion.
