An M6 case recently sold for around $10 on a well known internet auction site. 
They're sadly not all gold nuggets!

Forgive me my ignorance, but aren't Leica boxes supposed to be kept in a
safe under strictly controlled conditions of temperature and humidity,
so that we cal sell them, in mint conditon, for a small fortune 20 years
later?
