Hi Martin and everyone,

     When did these 'limited edition' cameras first appear?  Like,
it was a '70s thing?  I don't recall seeing these much in the '60s
or earlier.  Limited editions do not, as I understand it, mean cameras
like the Leica MP or M2R, which were 'model' number changes.
