Hi!

      What I DON'T understand is 'navy (something)' replaced the same bid,
knowing that he was outbid!  Nikon S-3 guy didn't change anything.  Do
you think navy guy didn't want him to get it for a mere $4 K, out of spite
wanted him to pay the other $1 1/2 K?   GEEEZ....
