As long as they hold on to quality, no problem.  It's really hard to move
production overseas while maintaining quality, though.

Nikon's high-end equipment (cameras and lenses, for example) is still of superb
quality.  Even its consumer gear is ahead of the competition from a quality
standpoint.  It has yielded more than I think it should have, under pressure
from companies like Canon that are more concerned with appearances alone, but it
has held better than most others, just the same.
